Noon Supervisors Needed

Have a few hours to spare each week?  Want to earn some extra cash? Woodside Elementary is currently seeking adults to apply for permanent and substitute noon-supervisor positions.  These positions are 60-70 minutes per day and 1-5 days per week. The hourly rate is $12.30 per hour.  If you are interested, please complete an application online here. Print your completed application.  Bring the application and proof of a TB skin test (within 6 months) to the Woodside office as soon as possible.  Once you have been fingerprinted and approved through the District, we will add your name to the substitute list or add available hours to your schedule.

You may register your children for the 2018/2019 School Year beginning February 6, 2018.

Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students may register if they meet the following criteria: 

  • Children who will reach the age of five (5) years on or before September 1, 2018 are eligible for Kindergarten
  • Children who will reach the age of five (5) years between September 2, 2018 and December 2, 2018 are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK)

1. Registration packets are available in the Woodside Office or you may register following this link: https://air.mdusd.org/air/

2. Documents required for registration include: original birth certificate, immunizations, and three proofs of residence, one of which is a photo ID.

3. Registration is not complete until original documents are presented to the Woodside Office.


Must provide one (1) item from Column 1 and a combination of two (2) from either Columns 2 or 3

  1. ONE of the following ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with parent/guardian’s name and address:

  1. ___Current California State Driver’s License-must have picture ID

  1. ___Valid Passport or Consulate-Issued Picture ID
  2. ___Credencial Para Votar

  1. ___Current valid vehicle registration
  1. ___State or Federal Tax Return (computerized or copy of original) filed within the past 12 months with W-2 forms (a) attached. Business returns do not meet residency requirements.
  1. ___Current voter registration receipt
  1. ___Other forms of identification or communication from a government agency
  1. ___Property Tax Bill with parents name and property address indicating homeowner’s exemption
  1. ___Rental/Lease Agreement with parent’s name, student’s name and address, as well as manager or owner’s name and phone number
  2.  ___Payroll stubs/checks.





Join Woodside Elementary students and staff January 22 - 26, 2018 as we proudly participate in this proactive, positive kindness initiative.  The Great Kindness Challenge is one week dedicated to creating a culture of kindness on campuses nationwide.  All students received a checklist with 50 kind acts.  Please encourage your child to have fun and complete the checklist.  We are also happy to invite you to participate!

Family Life Materials

On May 25, 2018 our 5th Grade Students will be participating in the Family Life Education component of their health curriculum. All materials that will be used are available for inspection and preview at the District Instructional Media Center, Room C-2, Willow Creek Center, 1026 Mohr Lane in Concord. Materials are available for preview Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm October 2 – October 6, 2017 and January 22 – 26, 2018.
